I am so confuseddddddddd! I love him❤️❤️ help!

So my ex and I had a very emotional and complicated breakup and neither of us wanted to break up.

So we had wanted to friends but it was too much so soon, because we would want our friendship to be more so we hardly talked at all and almost alienated each other. Which made me very sad but it was for the best.

But lately we’ve been talking more. We’ve talked in person a couple times. And we’ve just been acting like good friends, although we never actually said anything like “ok we’re friends now” but it was apparent that we were.

Well today I saw him in the halls after school and he stopped and just started talking to me so naturally I stayed and hung out for a while. We ended up hanging out for like 2 hours or something!

During which he took my phone, and since he knows the password (I 10000000% trust him so no hate for that please) he unlocked it and started going through my photos. We laughed a bit and had a good time going through all my memories. Then he turned around and kissed me.

And then he hugged me for a really long time. Tightly.

And he said he missed me and that he was sorry for everything he put me through. And I said I miss him back and that it was ok.

So my question is, are we back together? Should I ask him if we’re back together? Is it too soon? And please no hate for anything. If you have a problem with some part of this there’s no need to comment. Thanks girlies❤️
