fertility and baby aspirin?

I seen on here earlier that someone said on a post about taking baby aspirin and prenatals it helps with stickyness? can someone give me more information please???!! I have been trying for about 5-6 years to have a child with my soon to be husband and I am thinking about trying this? I wanted to know how much of the aspirin do you use? and what type of prenatal s do you use? my doctors been confusing me about this whole thing I went a year ago to the doctors.. he said to track ovulations for 3 months but didn't set a date to come back.. that confused me.. should I switch doctors or just go back and say i am still trying and nothing?? I really want a child my mom wants a grandchild.. and I feel like I am. failing ); my fiance wants a child of his own also. so it's just a lot when we get a negative. we both get upset. it sucks.. HELP
