Diva Cups?

So I’ve always thought about using a diva cup but how do you know when to change it and what happens if gets too full to hold all the blood??

If it gets too full, it starts to leak.

I switched in February 2016 and haven’t looked back since. I mean, I’ll be honest, it can get hella messy if you let it overflow. But over time you learn how often you need to empty and clean it to prevent the mess. I can just tell when I probably should get it taken care of before I regret it now.  And I promise it’s far less often than changing tampons! Also, I can never feel mine when it’s in. The only time i feel it is when I didn’t put it in right. So comfortable and liberating! Plus I’ve saved hella money already! I recommend them ☺️
