Any Ideas on How Far Along I Am?

So a couple of weeks ago I had a bad experience with a male OBGYN & switched doctors (my next appt is this Thursday).

I’m kind of curious to know how far along I may be, or if anyone has any opinions on this matter.

So according to my LMP, I should be 11w4d by now. I missed my period (which was due on my birthday: March 10), and took a test the next week (March 16):

It looks completely negative, but I’m not sure if I was giving a false negative. The day my period was due I had slight spotting that appeared once and that was it.

Fast forward.

Two weeks later (April 1), I took another test and got this result:

I went to the doctor a week after that, and he supposedly saw a blip on the screen and said that I was only 4-5 weeks along.

According to Glow, my peak ovulation was February 24th.

I know I could wait until Thursday, buuuut I just wanna know what ya’ll think.
