Echogenic Bowel

I had my anatomy scan yesterday. Doc said baby looked great and healthy other than a slight echogenic bowel. Was sent up for a ton of blood work and have a follow up ultrasound in 7 weeks. This could be NOTHING at all, but is a soft marker for downs (she doesnt think it is sense I am low risk and baby shows no other matkers) or another genetic disorder. I'm usually not one to worry before I have facts but I cant help but worry. The last thing I want is something to be wrong with my child that causes a life time of suffering from some other genetic disorder. 😔😞
