Any suggestions to getting strengthening contractions

I was in labor yesterday. I made it to 4cm dilated and stopped. They sent me home after getting me all excited saying that we was having the baby that day. Today I went walking around Sam's and have tried nipple stimulation. Any suggestions on strengthening contractions? I'm so frustrated. This is my third and last baby by the way but I always had issues with early labor so this is new for me.
