Possibly pregnant??

I have three children, 8, 5, and 4. I’d like to say that I’m pretty familiar with early pregnancy symptoms but right now I’m so confused. Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for about 8 months now with no luck. My periods are usually spot on each month. Right now I’m a week late. Every pregnancy test is negative. I’ve had some cramping but not much. Last few weeks I’ve been dealing with nausea and throwing up especially when I get home from work and early in the morning. Other than those two things I havent had any other symptoms. My breasts have been tender lately but I figured that was from my period possibly coming? I’m lost. I am going to schedule a dr appt the first of next week if I don’t start my period this week. Has Anyone else experienced this before?
