I'm testing before my missed period and wondering if I can hold my urine for 4 hours to test afternoon/evening without consuming too many liquids. What have you heard or worked for you?

Answer

It all depends on how much hcg is in ur system. If ur really early and not much is in ur system it’s best to test first morning pee to prevent getting a false negative. I tested with first morning lee and had a super faint test. I wait and test later that day after not peeing almost all day and got a negative result. Next morning tested with first morning lee and bam 2 pretty pink lines. So I would wait cuz if u get a negative ur gonna wanna retest in the morning to double check anyway lol
