5 weeks pregnant, light cramping. No blood or spotting. But heavy discharge with a foul odor?

the odor could be sign of infection but if im being honest here, every now and then (throughout this pregnancy) ive noticed foul smelling discharge and got checked for an infection and there wasnt any. but deff still get checked, dont just ignore it especially if you have like ichy, burning sensations.
