What a crazy day yesterday was! I went to urgent care because I felt like I had the worst gas pains in the world, but they wouldn’t go away after using the bathroom and waiting a few hours. First thing they did was a urine test, and turns out I’m pregnant! I have been on the mini pill and take it within the same 2 hours every day. You are supposed to take it within the same 1/2 hour, but man I didn’t think it would make a difference! 😜 I have a 10 month old and wasn’t expecting to have another one so soon, but it could work for us!

The pain was really bad, and they ended up doing an ultrasound, but it was too early to see anything in the uterus. They saw a mass on the left side (where I am having the most pain), but they said it could be a normal cyst related to a healthy pregnancy, or it could be the ectopic pregnancy. So they drew some blood and I will go in for another blood test in a couple days to see if the hcg levels are doubling.

I slept well and the pain is dramatically reduced today. Almost nonexistent. I had the smallest amount of brown spotting today, but that could be from the intravaginal ultrasound yesterday. It’s just so annoying being in limbo! 😆 Anyone have a similar experience??
