body shape is changing rapidly
This is my first pregnancy and I have always been a bit pear shaped, but over the last 2 years I've been quite toned. Since suffering with bad morning sickness in the first trimester I lost all my muscle tone and have started to thicken up. Im 17w and have flabby back fat, face is looking chubby, my thighs rub together. I work out 4 times a week and eat healthy so I don't really know what I'm doing wrong. Is anyone else experiencing this?
