Conceiving after Testicular Cancer?%?

My husband was diagnosed with Stage 3 testicular cancer at the age of 27😢
And naturally we were terrified and anxious to begin his chemo treatment😬. Since we were dating at the time, I felt like I had no right to push the issue of sperm banking on him (so I kept quiet)🤫.3 months post chemo and his hair grew back we got married (best decision of my life)🤵🏼👰🏾 
One year post chemo he was given a sperm analysis and is producing Zero sperm ❌ We’re currently 3 years post, and still no baby 👶🏽Does anyone know of any success stories? How long did it take to conceive?

My hubby had testicular cancer before we meet. 5 years before actually. Back then he didn't want kids and didn't want to bank anything. He actually had to have a testicle removed and did radiation. We met and decided we wanted a family right away. It took us 5 years to finally conceive. He has low count and low motility. Our first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 8w. I am currently 26w 2d with our rainbow.

My husband diagnosed at the age of 19, had a testicle removed, no radiation or chemo. Got married at the age of 21. We are still trying after 4 years on clomid  and hcg for his testosterone but no luck yet. Sperm still at zero. Stay positive and don’t give up!
