Retained tissue? Advice?

So I had a medical termination at the end of January this year ( baby was 3 months) and had a lot of pain and bleeding and vomiting was horrendous and then found out it was because the pill didn’t work properly so then had to have a surgical termination in March and bled for a while after it. Been fine since but this week have found a few pieces of tissue (sorry for tmi) and I’m worried if there is more complications? Any advice?
