Landlady making my life stressful

So, in March landlady hired a company to clean up a burst pipe in the basement. They used some harsh chemicals and put fans and the fumes came up into my apt. Which is directly above the area they applied the chemicals and the floorboards have big gaps. The fumes were super intense and awful and I knew something was wrong so I opened my bedroom window even though it was cold and went to sleep(it was late). The next day I followed up to find out what the heck was in those products because my throat hurt, I felt woozy, my hands were shaking and he chemical smell was still so intense and irritating. After hours and hours( when I should have been working) of trying to get the info I found out it was products called odorgo and sanimaster6. Odorgo has benzyl chloride in it. I take the ingredients to the OB. OB is outraged. Doc instructs me to leave he apt for three days and instruct the landlady to air out the apt professionally. Landlady says she will do this. Three days later I come back and the windows are merely cracked open. The apt still smelled chemically to me, so I paid for a few more nights in a hotel. This was extremely disruptive to my routine let alone the time I had to take off work to go to doc and find out the chemicals. I called the health department but they said ok nothing we can do, just air it out. Skip to today, she’s terminating my lease! I’m sure it’s because I complained about the chemical exposure. I’m also certain it’s illegal for her to terminate my lease within 6 months of me lodging the complaint with the health dept. such a huge pain and stress, she’s giving me 60days to be out but I have nowhere to go and my husband just opened a business and incorporated using our current address it’s going to be a nightmare to find somewhere new and rejigger our whole lives, financial paperwork, baby nursery, and deal with suing her for retaliating against me for being pregnant/ not wanting to breathe chemical fumes. Guhhhh! Who doesn’t love moving at 7 months pregnant!?!? Excuse my language but, f this b. People can be so horrible. P.s. never missed rent payment or even late, no dogs, no guests nothing bad whatsoever. I’m a very boring tidy professional. She’s definitely retaliating.
