Pregnancy Rhinitis

Any mamas out there deal with pregnancy rhinitis? My boss is a rhinologist but he obviously can’t preform surgery or anything to help me out and I won’t take medication. He told me the usual, to rinse and use cold compress along with Vick’s under my nose. The Vick’s is helping a little bit but only temporarily and I’m not getting as much relief as I’d like. I go to bed completely stuffed and blocked, use the Vick’s and cold compress which helps me fall asleep, but then wake up with nose bleeds. Anyone have anything that works well?
