Any success stories about pumping to induce labor?

I'm 40 weeks and wondering if anyone else has had success?

I did and was in labor 3 hours later but I really can't say if it did the trick or if baby was ready

Baby will come when they’re ready, and most of time the only thing that works is induction, and sometimes that doesn’t even work.

I tried everything with my first pregnancy. Nothing worked! I ended up being induced at 42 weeks. I know that doesn't help you at all lol...
