Does Fertilaid and Ovaboost work?

I noticed another mature pregnancy TTC stated they used this combo & saw results immediately.  Many Amazon reviews indicate the same while others do not.  Curious the thoughts of those in this community

I got pregnant when I was 38 the 1st month I used Ovaboost, made it to 6 weeks then miscarried. I'm pretty sure if I had progesterone I would've carried full term

From what I read they aren’t FDA approved so could be luck of the draw for those ttc? Who knows?
