Things aren't so great

I'm having a lot of anxiety problems at the moment and started seeing a psychologist about a week ago. In the times where I don't see the psychologist I struggle with every day things constantly, it takes me at least 2 hours to get going in the morning then after I exercise and have lunch my brain is completely fried and I do nothing for hours until after dinner when I realise what I have to do making me stay up late which has ruined my sleep schedule. My eating habits also aren't that great because I'm too tired to make the effort to make something healthy to fuel me properly. My brain is just super foggy and if I don't make a list of what I need to do then I just do nothing all day🙃
