Ladies helppppp please

Sooo little back story I am currently 12 dpo I know because I tracked temp and ovulation with opk digitals and cm lay Wednesday I had tanish discharge with a little string of red went away that same day i know it’s early but I felt like that was implantation I got a blood test done today and when I got home i took an .88 test and it was so negative it wasn’t even funnny I baby danced every other day this wholeeee month tracked used preseed

Symptoms: I’ve been having lots of milky white discharge which is weird for me.. heart burn on and off light headed mild back ache and migraine weird cramping ex:( feels like camps I get in my side when I work out with out drinking water like a sharp pain) my boobs feeeel mildly heavy I will post pictures below do you ladies think I still have a chance with the blood test I’m going to get back tomorrow .. anyone get a bfn blood test 12dpo then a positive still later on even though I had that spotting which I neverrrr get
