Have to get Pregnant Fast

Hello ladies! My Husband of 1 month and I just found out he has a medical condition where he will have to take a medicine that will significantly reduce his sperm production and could cause us to not be able to get pregnant at all or with birth defects. We looked into freezing his sperm but after just buying our dream home it just isn’t an option. We need to get pregnant in the next 2 months before he starts his medicine! Please anyone have advice on how you got pregnant fast!? We tried last month and got BFN 😔 I am 21 and very healthy and active. Below is one of our engagement pictures.
