Question regarding sex drive before BFP

So normally approaching AF I have zero interest in sex. Zip, zero, none. I am 10dpo and I have no interest as usual, but I have a few symptoms (very sore breasts, an acne breakout, huge appetite (I ate like 10 spring rolls all by myself today PLUS ramen noodles, I had two bowls of cereal for lunch yesterday, one and a half steaks for dinner, very unusual for me), waves of nausea every so often (and none of these are AF symptoms for me)) so I'm wondering if you sex drive took a nosedive before your BFP?
