2nd pregnancy 9w5d my symptoms have decreased!!🤯

This is my 2nd pregnancy and all my symptoms have decreased! I’m worried and terrified there will not be a heartbeat on my next appointment which is 2 weeks away. 😪 I also can’t find the heartbeat besides mine on my home fetal doppler. So I gave up on that and praying that everything will be fine. I’ve also been taking my prenatal daily. Before I would feel nauseous throughout the whole day but now I just feel completely normal. I have no bleeding but just a very light cramp that comes here and there.
