so I just took this I noticed what looked like maybe a white head or what I thought a milk duct maybe I'm not sure all these breast changes are new to me and I'm not sure what's normal but I squeezed it a little and this came out...is this normal? is it a duct and this is milk? or does milk strictly come out of your jipple? I know I probably sound like a total idiot rn. it's a blurry pic put you can see my finger covering up my nipple and its located right underneath
