Breach baby
It’s still very early as I’m only 25 weeks, but at my appointment today my doctor mentioned that my little girl is currently in a breech position. With my son he was low and engaged since 20 weeks so I never had to worry about him. Anyways I would really like to start ahead of time to entice baby to flip as I would really like to avoid having a Csection. Does anyone know of any stretches or exercises to help make her want to be head down? I used to bounce on an exercise ball with my first pregnancy for hip pain and I feel like I remembered reading that it helped with breech babies as well? Thanks in advance!
Edit: I’ve also read that they can keep flipping up until you deliver so maybe suggestions if things to do everyday to keep her down!
