At 1 week pp my discharge/blood from after birth was pretty much gone and now at 3 weeks pp I started bleeding again.. is that possible? I’m even breastfeeding too, ugh

Nope it’s postpartum bleeding. Your body is telling you to slow down, make sure you are getting plenty or rest (I know sleep is a joke at this point, but you can still rest) dishes and laundry can wait just cuddle that baby & let your body heal

Anywhere between 1 and 8 weeks pp you could start bleeding spontaneously... could be your period and it could just be your body doing what it does after having a baby.
