My water leaking or did I pee myself?

So I had just gone pee like 10minutes before this happened. I’ve never had this happen before. I stood up and walked like 4 feet and yelled up the stairs to my kids it was time to leave and felt a gush or fluid come out. I can’t tell what it was bc my underwear is black. It was enough to wet my underwear and my pants a little bit. I went to the bathroom and put on a pad but I feel like I’m slowly leaking something out. Did I pee myself or?
