Is pepto bisbol safe to take?

Hey all I'm 27w tomorrow and iv had a stomach ache that's lasted 2 days now and woke up from it twice last night due to how bad it hurt along with diarrhea. Would pepto Bismal be safe to take for it?

This is because it raises your risk of bleeding problems when you take it closer to delivery. However, it’s likely safe to take the drug during the first trimester of pregnancy. That said, even during the first trimester, it’s probably best to use Pepto-Bismol as few times as possible.”
I would suggest NOT taking it.
