Looking for a good prenatal!
Hey ladies! I’ve had quite a few ovarian cysts & I’m trying to conceive (I’m honestly afraid I have PCOS, but I haven’t been diagnosed by a doctor yet and may just be freaking myself out). I read that chromium and DHA help with cysts, along with diet, and exercise. I’m looking for a recommendation on a prenatal that contains both chromium and DHA. Thanks for your help!
