please help with OPK I have PCOS and dont know when to start!!

Hi guys im new to the opk scene and I really dont know when to start testing just got my tests and just to give a little info I have PCOS and have been ttc since 2009, 9 years! But just went to doctors and such for the first 3 year

then got real discouraged. We lived in Mexico and didnt have much money at the time so we stopped trying. But at the moment I am 30 and feel lile my time is passing and just really really want a baby I hav

e been praying. I just need help trying to know when to start testing with my opk since i have PCOS i have no idea when to try and also just got these in and did a test run with them and got this
