Why does it look like my baby has 2 spines

Answer

The spine isn’t a solid piece of bone and that’s it - and an ultrasound doesn’t take a 3D view when shown like this. So it’s like a cross section 
What you’re seeing here is the spine and spinal column - so the bundle of nerves and spinal fluid running down the spine and bone either side as a cross section. Nothing unusual
