I ovulated this weekend but I have been having the worst symptoms. Friday during the day I felt awful, hot flashes, nausea and I was so dizzy I couldn't even lift my head off the pillow until 2pm. When I went to work that day I was so emotional, I cried in the bathroom at least 3 times during my shift over nothing. Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights I had really bad insomnia and in the couple hours i did sleep I had night sweats (bad enough I had to change my jammies and the bed sheets) and nightmares. I had no appetite those 4 days either and I've been so tired during the day but can't nap. I couldn't eat anything other than soda crackers for the few days my tummy was bugging me. I didn't seem to have night sweats last night but was very light headed all day. My appetite hit me like a wall while I was at work this evening and I haven't stopped eating since lol has anyone else ever had ovulation symptoms like this before?? the last few days have been absolutely nuts
