Help! Irregular Cycle

My periods are very irregular. I cramp I am bloated and have migraines, not to mention mood swings. I have tried birth control to no avail and a heating pad is temporary. After years of wearing tampons and pads, doctors visits an excedrin. I am just looking for a natural way to soothe the symptoms of this irregular period can you help?
