Cramping but no period

Okay so I was supposed to get my period Tuesday May 1st- May 5th I got cramping on Tuesday so I thought I was going to start day went by no period no big deal still a little cramping on and off the next day still no period now on day 4 of no period. All my test have come back negative. What could be the problem my period are ALWAYS on time and always come on the days the app says. No bleeding just peeing a lot like when I have to pee I gotta go right then and there because it’s so hard for me to hold it in, headaches and tired all the time
