10weeks PP and still having discharge PLz HELP

Ok this is a bit long but plz help me if you can. so I know at this point I’m supposed to be done bleeding and having discharge but it never stopped for me. Well it would stop for a day or two and then return.

My discharge is yellowish/clear and less often brownish. I get cramps and some back ache. There were two instances where I had red blood but that was only a small amount and didn’t last. I thought I had my period but i don’t know because it was different than my regular periods.

I also do have some vaginal pain/discomfort. That area sometimes feels heavy and my urethra sometimes hurts when I pee.

I did go to urgent care and was tested for 5 different things (including UTI, bacteria, etc) and they all came back negative.

I’m switching insurance right now and don’t have a dr as of now but will soon. I’m wondering if anyone experienced something similar and can help relieve my anxiety.
