Miscarriage

So on 4/18 I got an ultrasound, I was suppose to be 9w&6d. Baby measures at 9w4d, and there was no heart beat. They waited a week and did another ultrasound on 4/25, baby measured the same and still no heart beat. They gave me the option to wait it out, take a pill to make everything happen quicker or schedule a D&C.; I chose to take the pill. I took it that night and started bleeding the next day on 4/26. Went back in to the doctor on 4/27 and had another ultrasound to make sure everything had passed and they said it had. By 5/2 I was feeling fine and my bleeding had slowed down a lot, too very light spotting so me and bf decided to have sex because we couldn’t wait any longer. The next day I passed some stuff that I thought looked like fetus tissue but I’m not sure, because all of the pictures I’ve seen on google look nothing like it to me, but it also doesn’t look like a clot to me either. Can anyone tell me what it could be? I’m worried we had sex too soon and I’m still passing stuff that the doctor could have missed?
