Boyfriend problems

So....long story short:

My boyfriend says I have abandonment issues (he’s not wrong) but he threatens to leave me on a weekly basis.

He is thinking of leaving me because i ‘make him feel like shit and make out he does nothing’

He does the cleaning and I always thank him. I do all of the cooking and make him breakfast and lunch before my own in the morning I g to make sure he is sorted. All I asked this morning is that he talks to me while I do it rather than sit on his phone. He has also got angry because the food I’m cooking isn’t ‘healthy enough’. For the last week (and las week only), I have used more convenience food as I’m exhausted and can’t be bothered to cook anything fancy at the end of the day ( we both work full time and i am also a student)
