FIRST TIME

so i had my iud removed on the 10th. doctor said i’d be very fertile right after. i had removal bleeding the 13th-15th. we ended up BD the 16th and 17th. i then started my period the 21st-24th and we BD every chance we could. the doctor told me to test my OPKs so i did. i’m just wondering if this is good enough ? my friend seems to think i might have conceived the 16th-17th as i’ve been very nauseated and crampy. i have pinches where my ovaries are and bad back ache all on my right side. i don’t know when i can test or anything as this is my first time tracking.
