Poly cystic ovary syndrome
Good afternoon ladies,
How’s everyone’s day going? Today I want to talk about my routine. In the mornings I eat two organic boiled eggs every other morning. I make my spearmint tea, pour a teaspoon of cinnamon extract into my tea. I also take a capful of black seed oil and chug it with my tea. When I started drinking black seed oil it was so disgusting. Since I work from home I take everything to my desk and I eat my boiled eggs, that last me till 12pm. Around 12pm I make my lunch which is normally chicken and salad, and I make my spearmint tea as well. Then I prep my dinner which is my one carb a day, that normally consist of either gluten free pasta, or mashed potatoes with chicken on the side. After dinner I make my last cup of tea and I take my vitamins which is saw palmetto, vitamin c, biotin, zinc, vitamin d, and magnesium. I know my lifestyle is hard it was hard for me for the first two weeks. I been on this diet for 7 months now and I absolutely feel amazing.
