Sleeping Issue
I am waking up on my back constantly. It’s the only position that I actually get any sleep in. I heard I wasn’t supposed to lay on my back so I got a pregnancy pillow and it isn’t doing anything for me. I just push it out of the way while I’m asleep and roll onto my back from my side. Any suggestion!? I’m 13 weeks.
