Trying for Baby #2 advice

Alright- I know this is a “preference”/God’s timing thing... but I need some gut wrenching honesty here! I have a 18.5m girl right now and she is awesome. I had a great pregnancy- labor/delivery- she was an AWESOME NB. Today, she’s not too needy beside the typical teething/fussiness/curious 18m nature... and we are starting to think of when to try for #2. I didn’t have luck “planning” my girls timing, the first go round, aka my husbands job is super demanding in the fall and BAM- We got blessed with a October baby🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 we made it work though (couldve def been worse). SO I’m going at this with a open mind here, we are shooting more for a spring baby this go around. Olivia would be over 2.5yrs old if we got blessed with another baby NEXT spring. Thoughts and or experience with this age and a new baby?? I know every toddler is different and I know it’s “hard” regardless age difference. We don’t want a wide age spread gap and I just want some knowledge on this! We are shooting to start “trying” end of June or July. Thanks laddddies...Be honest, I can handle it 🤣👍🏼
