Okay so my soon to be ex husband and I had split up in December of 2015 he told me he wanted a divorce so I thought it was best for us to get one too well I waited a while to file for the divorce Incase we would change our mind in that period of time but I didn’t think we were going to so In November of 2016 so I sent him his divorce papers by that time I had decided to move on and better myself and find someone who deserves me well when he found out he wanted back with me and I said no well he refused to sign the papers so he knows my boyfriend isn’t going anywhere even after all drama my soon to be ex husband caused us so he has me blocked on everything and he had just messaged my brother today asking for my address Because his lawyer wants to send me the divorce papers for me to sign... I have a hard time believing him( my soon to be ex husband) Because all he does is lie I just hope it’s all true... if he does do we have to go to court? Or will the judge just sign them off?
