6week ultrasound

So I went to the doctor today for a peace of mind ultrasound. According to glow I am 6weeks and 4 days. They did a transvaginal ultrasound and could see a yolk sac but couldn’t see a baby or hear a heartbeat. The doctor said I’m either earlier than I thought or the egg stopped developing and I’m having a miscarriage. They took blood today and I have to go back Monday and give blood again to see if my hcg levels are rising. Has them happened to anyone and everything turned out okay? I’m pretty worried right now but am trying to stay positive.
