When should kids start dating

So I’m a teen myself and kids started dating as early as year 6 (ages 11-12) and most kids had had a boyfriend/girlfriend by year 7 or 8 (ages 12/13/14). Most kids had by this time had crushes for a while and were sick of not acting on it so they asked out their crush. Going out or dating for kids my age (early-mid teens) basically means going out to the movies or whatever sometimes with friends. Most kids are kissing and some are even having sex (I don’t totally agree with the sex part). A lot of girls my age date guys a few years older because girls mature faster than boys and these older boys are at the same place intellectually as the girls. It can become a big problem though because the older boys might pressure them into things they don’t want to do. So the question is when do you think kids should start dating? Should they date for fun and experience or hold off to avoid heartbreak?
