Cheese First
I have been researching going vegan for a long time. It just seems like you can't trust anything anymore so it seems like the most logical choice for my health. I have heard a lot of people say cheese was the hardest part to give up and I have read the studies say cheese because how it breaks down in your system. So I figure if I can replace cheese and dairy, then the rest will be an easy transition. I was hoping on some advice on cheese.
