Lack of symptoms

So I know that everyone is different but I guess I am scared at the lack of symptoms I am having. With two back to back miscarriages I guess I am worried the pregnancy won't be viable. I am on progesterone and went to the doctor on Thursday and all they saw was the start of the sac. I got bloods that day too but haven't heard anything. I don't want to take another test because with my last pregnancy that's how I found out I was having a miscarriage. Sigh I don't know what I am really asking but any advice on how to stay calm would be great or if you had a similar situation. Thanks 🙏🏻
