How can I stop her from visiting me after giving birth

Long story short my sister in law and I do NOT get along at all. She hates the fact that I’m even pregnant but acts like she’s excited in front of her family.......I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want her coming to the hospital to visit my baby after he/she is born. I feel this way because why would I want to see someone who hates me after I just given birth to whole little human? Secondly I already do not want her around my baby because I don’t trust her it’s not just because I don’t like her....my problem is we all live together and I know if I say something it’ll stir up drama. SHOULD I SAY SOMETHING ANYWAYS? OR IS THERE I WAY I CAN ABOID HER SHOWING UP WITHOUT HER KNOWING? PLEASE I NEED ANY TYPE OF ADVICE
