Late period, BFN

So this is the first month we have started trying for baby no.3 (1 & 2 came along without planning so I’ve never actively ‘tried’ before) and for some strange reason I ovulated on day 25 approx according to a opk (I usually have a 32 day cycle) so now I’m on CD 37 (unheard of for me in the 2 years I’ve been tracking my period) which I think would make be about 12 dpo ... I did a hpt yesterday (11dpo) and it was negative. Is there still a chance I could be pregnant or should I be getting a positive by now.
