Cloudy pump bottles?

I’ve been using the same bottles to pump and/or feed my Lo once a day so she can take one when I go back to work. I’ve been using the bottles for about 6 months now and they look very cloudy/foggy.  Are these still safe to use or is it time to replace? Or anyway to clear up the cloud/fog?

I’ve noticed my spectra pump bottles are now cloudy too as well. I was washing them yesterday and realized it’s where my bottle brush scrubs. The top part isn’t cloudy but the main part of the bottle is. I use Dawn dish soap so I know it’s not greasy and it feels clean after drying. I believe it’s just from the brush.

It sounds like you have a film built up on them. You could try using a soap made specifically for bottles. I use Dapple fragrance and she free bottle and dish soap and it does an excellent job at getting all the lipids and proteins from the breastmilk off of my bottles and preventing a film build up.
