This is TMI but I need help! Hemorrhoids??

I know this is so gross but I’m desperate to see if anyone else has heard of this or has experienced this before.

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and last week I felt a little bit of soreness downstairs.. when I went to use the bathroom I noticed that there was a small lump near my anus, almost seemed to be coming out of it actually. I thought it might just be a an odd pimple, but I checked again tonight and now it’s bigger and more like a lump of skin.

It doesn’t bother me too much unless I touch it, and I’m not bleeding or in any major pain.. it’s kind of just there. Could this be a hemorrhoid? Or a skin tag? Is this common for pregnancy? I didn’t have this with my first baby .. help!
