Music during worship?

Does your church worship with musical instruments? Can someone tell me what verse in the Bible tells us to worship with instruments?

Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16, Psalms 149:3.
And there are many other scriptures like these 🙂 
God loves music. That's why he made us musical beings with the ability to sing and make nice tunes. As long as we do it respectfully and orderly without going crazy and making it sound like a disco it's perfectly try acceptable to sing and make music to worship God.

Generally to create music you need instruments. I see the music as something created for God and everyone has a different vision but as long as it’s created for God and being used to give him honor and praise I don’t see a problem

Here is an answer from a Priest as to why the Orthodox (with a few contemporary exceptions) do not use musical instruments. We also carry out the entirety of our services in chant- everything is chanted except for sermons. It is essentially not part of the Christian tradition and because of that, the Orthodox do not allow it- it is a safeguard against heresies, as are all traditions. There is no need to “modernize” the ancient faith. “Actually, the tradition of the Orthodox Church is to have no musical instruments in the church. This is not unique to the OCA, as you experienced during your trip to Greece and Mt. Athos. The appearance of organs in Orthodox churches is, to my knowledge, pretty much limited to Greek and a few Antiochian Orthodox parishes in the US. I have never heard of organs or other musical instruments used elsewhere. Hence, the use of organs in some churches in the US is an innovation of recent origin. If I am not mistaken, His Eminence Archbishop Spyridon of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America has addressed his concerns over the introduction of organs into the church’s worship.
It is true that Psalm 150 condones praising the Lord with stringed instruments. This, however, never carried into Christian worship. One could say that there are many things one finds condoned in the Old Testament—the sacrificing of animals, for example—which were not carried over into the New Testament Church, in which Christ becomes the sacrificial lamb and the human voice becomes the musical instrument par excellance.” - Priest from the Orthodox Church of America

We must sing from our hearts. 
Our human singing voice is the “musical instrument” created by God Himself, and is the only music that should be used during worship.
Adding musical instruments to the worship service is artificial. It’s only going to cause a distraction and it’s not what God wants. He wants us (our voice) to sing from our hearts.
